Autoglass has been awarded a two-year extension to its contract with LeasePlan UK.

The vehicle glass repair, replacement and recalibration specialist says that a key factor in it being awarded the extension has been its partnership approach with LeasePlan over the past two years.

The Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration proposition offered by Autoglass was also a significant factor in securing this account extension, it says.

Attila Dobos, operations director at LeasePlan UK, said: “Over the last two years, Autoglass has provided a comprehensive service to our customers’ fleets, providing them with additional support and security when they need it.

“We are therefore delighted to extend our partnership and create significant improvements in driver experience through improved service levels.

“We are confident that through our collaboration we will continue to challenge market norms and accelerate innovation.” 

Autoglass opened 14 new centres in the UK in 2020 and says that the extended partnership means LeasePlan’s fleet can rely on access to one of the largest networks of highly skilled trained technicians across the country.

LeasePlan will also be connected to the support hub at Autoglass which is dedicated to the day-to-day requirements of the account.
