Neva Consultants has begun its recruitment campaign to find new regional appointed representatives (ARs).

The company, part of the Fleet Alliance Group, is seeking people to sell contract hire and leasing products for new cars and vans to both fleet and retail customers.

The East Sussex-based company currently has a total of 13 ARs across the UK, including: Essex, Kent, West Midlands, Yorkshire, Lancashire, South Wales and Northern Ireland.

Graham Prince, director at Neva, said: “We believe this is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated sales people to work within a very dynamic leasing broker environment with excellent support, systems and training and with potentially high rewards at the end of it.”

ARs to cover areas such as the South East, South West, Manchester and Birmingham, are highly sought after, he said.

The new team members are expected to operate on a full-time basis, be highly motivated sales individuals, who will each have a sales target of 100 new units per annum.

Those who are successful will have the backing of the Fleet Alliance Group, with access to its purchasing power based on a fleet size of 37,000 vehicles, with a value now over £1 billion.

Other services they will benefit from, it said, are a range of back office support services to each AR including compliance, vehicle ordering, and underwriting, marketing, customer service support and document production.

Each vehicle order will be passed onto the sales support team at Neva’s base, in which it will manage the order through to delivery. Neva says this will increase time and productivity for the AR to further its sales and effectiveness.

Those that become ARs will have regular visits with a field-based member of staff to ensure they are not left working alone, or without assistance. Quarterly meetings will also take place, it said.
