Fleet Live is next month, and Volkswagen Financial Services Fleet (VWFS) has announced that it will be demonstrating a new consultation hub at the show on stand number A54.
VWFS Fleet will be demonstrating its latest EV tools, including the Future Fleet Analytics Tool, EV-4-ME? and the EV Maturity Tool and EV adoption.
Other subject matters will include fleet analysis, cost consideration, operational support and driver support
Mike Coulton, EV Specialist at VWFS Fleet said, “As many businesses are putting environmental considerations on the agenda, fleets and EVs are coming under the microscope.
"Many fleet managers need support in how to approach these conversations.
"We are fuel agnostic and can support fleet managers as they evaluate and consider which vehicles and drivers are suitable and help them start or move forward on their EV journey”.
Fleet managers keen to learn more about the switch to EV can receive expert advice on their EV readiness.
Audi: Those that want to hear about EV for fleets from a manufacturers point of view can hear Audi talk about its journey to EVs within their model range.
The recently launched Audi e-tron will also be on display.
PodPoint: Range anxiety is one of the primary factors stopping fleets from switching to EV, but those who are unsure about charging infrastructure can talk to PodPoint who will also be on hand to talk through the possibilities of home and workplace charging solutions.
Rent-a-Car: And for those who want to switch to EV but are worried about journey durations, Rent-a-Car will be on hand to talk about long-term flexi rent options to help bridge the gap when more mileage is required.
Fleet Live will take place on 8 and 9 October at The NEC, Birmingham.
