Northern Irish dealership group Charles Hurst Renault has made a move to a cleaner, greener staff vehicle fleet of electric Renault Zoes.

The investment of £600,000 by the company reflects its commitment to reducing its carbon footprint and incorporating environmentally friendly practices into its business model.

So far 20 Charles Hurst staff have opted for the Renault Zoe as their choice of company car.

Terry Murray, Charles Hurst Renault’s fleet manager, said: “We recognise our role in helping to protect the environment for future generations and as a business, we are continually looking for new ways to improve our sustainability objective and the investment into Renault Zoe allows us to considerably reduce our carbon footprint.

“With a range of up to 245 miles the Zoe is perfect for daily commutes and long trips, offering peace of mind and the ability to enjoy all the benefits of the switch to an electric vehicle.”

Currently, Charles Hurst Renault is offering free installation of a home wall charger with the purchase of a Renault Zoe.
