Fleet News has launched its next survey as part of the Fleet200 Strategy Network putting the spotlight on risk and safety, and operational efficiencies.

The risk and safety section will enable fleets to benchmark their policies against their peers in areas such as use of telematics and cameras, average incident rates for cars and vans, post-accident reviews and near misses.

Meanwhile, operational efficiencies will delve into fleet size and replacement cycle forecasts for cars and vans, funding, job need versus perk car proportions and use of rental. It will also look at the skills that fleet decision-makers believe will be the most important for the future as well as the biggest challenges they are currently facing.

TAKE THE SURVEY

Fleet News group editor Stephen Briers said: “Our second big survey of the year will give fleets a chance to compare their policies and performance against their peers, giving them vital insight into how other businesses are managing their cars and vans.”

The first survey, carried out in April, put the spotlight on electric vehicles, which was discussed in detail at the Fleet200 Strategy Network meeting at Company Car In Action in June, and mobility services.

The results from the mobility section will be discussed at the Fleet200 Strategy Network meeting on September 29, at Ashorne Hill College in Leamington Spa, with the full report available to download shortly after the event.
