Green mobility company Sogo is gearing up with growth with a new office campus on the Cranfield Technology Park in Bedfordshire.

The company said the new building is almost three times bigger than its existing office and creates space for an innovation hub that will enable it to accelerate the speed it launches digital tools to help improve the customer experience.

It also has room for up to 80 employees and can accommodate larger customer service and administrative teams.

Karl Howkins, managing director of Sogo, said: “We continue to grow our business by investing in our customer experience.

“Our new office campus gives us the room we need to grow and create an office environment that encourages the innovation we need to lead the industry.”

Sogo launched a partnership with BP which meant every mile driven in any vehicle was offset in a globally recognised carbon-offset scheme.

Sogo said it has enhanced its environmental credentials by achieving Scope 2 emissions targets.

According to the Green House Gases Protocol, Scope 2 emissions represent at least a third of global greenhouse gas emissions and include indirect greenhouse gas emissions from purchased or acquired energy, like electricity, generated offsite and consumed by the reporting company.
