Ssangyong has revealed the new Korando at the Geneva Motor Show and promises an EV version will be available shortly.

The all-new model will be available in the Summer, with a 1.5-litre petrol or 1.6-litre diesel engine.

It is expected to appeal to a younger audience, with a sportier exterior design.

The interior is more premium in feel and comes equipped with a nine-inch infotainment screen, digital instrument cluster and suite of driver assistance systems.

Ssangyong says the diesel model will emit around 115g/km of CO2 and provide a towing capacity of 1.5-2.0 tonnes.
