FMG strengthens board with IT development director

FMG has strengthened its board with the appointment of Martin Bluck as IT development director.

With 23 years’ experience in IT, Bluck (pictured) was also part of the team that launched WeBuyAnyCar.com. Additionally, he is experienced in IT leadership and a professional member of the British Computer Society.

FMG’s chief executive Mark Chessman said: “Traditional customer service models are changing as new technologies play an increasing role in our daily lives.

"We have therefore appointed Martin to help assist FMG in embracing new technologies whilst ensuring that FMG's data, systems and infrastructure are continually improved.”

Bluck said: “My aim is to ensure technology is maximised to maintain our market-leading position. By focusing on innovation and speed to market, we can ensure our customers continually benefit from more meaningful data which will help reduce the frequency and impact on incidents whilst accurately monitoring the total cost of claims.”
