Revive has welcomed Kelly Blackmore-Lee as head of franchise operations in the South and assigned Julie Eley to its franchisees in the North.

Blackmore-Lee (pictured) was previously head of compliance at the British Franchise Association (BFA) and has held senior roles at Dream Doors and Shakeaway franchises.

Having also attained a Masters degree in law, she will also work with operations director Terry Mullen on renewals, sales and legal and territory matters.

Revive has re-structured its business development team to manage the demands of its growing nationwide franchisee network.

Previously looking after the whole UK, Eley will now focus on supporting and developing the businesses of franchisees in the North while Blackmore-Lee’s time will be devoted to assisting those in the South.

Blackmore-Lee said: “I’ve been watching Revive go from strength to strength for the past ten years, so when the opportunity presented itself to join the team it was an easy decision to make.

“I enjoyed my time at the BFA but wanted to get back into hands on franchising and am really looking forward to working with the franchisees in my area.

“Helping franchisees grow their businesses is what it’s all about and I’ve got heaps of experience I can’t wait to share.”

Mullen said: “As our network of accredited repairers grows, it’s important to make sure that we continue to give our franchisees the level and quality of business support they expect from Revive.

“The ambition and drive amongst the network is phenomenal and by splitting the franchise operations role we will be able to work even more closely with franchisees to help them develop and expand their businesses.

“I’m delighted to welcome Kelly to our head office team. She has a huge amount of experience gained in different franchising sectors and at the BFA and I am sure this knowledge will be very valuable to us here at Revive.”
