Jordan Hastelow has been welcomed as business strategy executive to promote salary sacrifice awareness to Fleet Evolution customers.

Responsible for developing a business strategy going forward, Hastelow (pictured) will identify untapped market sectors, as well as helping develop and launch new products into the market – creating new areas of opportunity.

She will report to managing director Andrew Leech.

Hastelow said: “We have some exciting plans for the year ahead and I’m keen to help them come to fruition for the benefit of our customers.”

Managing director Andrew Leech said: “We like to think that we offer a series of innovative salary sacrifice and fleet management solutions to businesses of all size, but with an emphasis on smaller businesses.

“Jordan will have a wide remit to help develop new markets where awareness for salary sacrifice might currently be low, as well as helping identify new products and solutions and participating in their development and launch.

“We have spent some time in overcoming potential customers’ concerns that the conditions for salary sacrifice have changed significantly since the Government altered the rules governing their tax treatment.

“This has been broadly successful and we have seen a significant increase in interest for our salary sacrifice solutions and can report a number of new customers across a range of company sizes.”
