Henry Brace has joined Enterprise as the head of fleet solutions for Enterprise Flex-E-Rent.

Brace stepped down from his role as CEO of Rivus Fleet Solutions (formerly BT Fleet Solutions) in January. 

He had taken over the helm of the business in April 2016, having previously held several other roles at the fleet management company.

BT Group sold BT Fleet Solutions to private equity group Aurelius Equity Opportunities for an undisclosed sum in August, 2019. It was rebranded to Rivus Fleet Solutions in October 2019. 

Rivus Fleet Solutions provides funding, servicing, maintenance, repairs, MOTs, mobile support, accident management, leasing, rentals and custom design services.

It recently named David Myers, a former regional managing director of Wolseley, as its new CEO, effective from December 1. 

Brace’s remit at Enterprise will be to build out its service, maintenance and repair (SMR) support provision for customer-owned fleets. He will report into Danny Glynn, managing director of Enterprise Flex-E-Rent.
