SelfDrive Mobility has launched its car subscription service in the UK, with subscription plans starting from £199 per month on selected models.
The smart mobility platform offers fleets and private motorists access to a range of vehicles, which come with fully inclusive insurance, servicing and maintenance.
Backed by more than 50 OEMs and 150 dealership partnerships, SelfDrive was launched in Dubai in 2017, and now serves more than 1.5 million users.
It says its success has been defined by its technology-driven innovation, operational agility, strategic partnerships and customer experience.
The company says it will invest £5 million in the UK over the coming years to establish and grow its market presence in the region.
“We’re not just launching a car subscription service, we’re redefining how UK drivers access vehicles,” said Soham Shah, founder and CEO of SelfDrive UK.
“With SelfDrive, subscribing to a car is as easy as ordering a takeaway. We’ve stripped away the paperwork, deposits and delays, so users get on the road in minutes, not days.”

The subscription service can be accessed via by the SelfDirect website or the Apple or Android app, offering a fully digital journey, from selection, to subscription and vehicle delivery.
Subscription durations can range from one day to 12 months.
