Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions to expand workforce following growth

Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions has launched a careers website as it is looks to support three years of growth by attracting new talent in the coming months.

Based across three sites in Newbury (Car solutions), Trowbridge (Commercial Vehicle solutions) and Leicester (Driving Instructor solutions), the Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions group has doubled in size since 2011.

It currently employs 370 people and was recently accredited the accolade of ‘The Best Companies to Work for Award’ for the third year running.

Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions has now launched a career website – www.hitachicapital.co.uk/careers – will it says will further support the company’s commitment to attract, develop and nurture talent for the future.

Opportunities within the fleet and leasing business will cover a broad variety of roles across customer service, operations and business support functions.

Jon Lawes, managing director of Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions group, said: “As the business grows in strength, we will be actively looking for like-minded individuals who can bring something to our organisation, enabling us to learn and broaden our skill-set and adapt to the ever changing marketplace.
