Vehicle leasing company Zenith is launching a new driver management platform called Accelerate.
Accelerate gives Zenith colleagues full visibility of all inbound contacts made by their drivers on a customer-by-customer basis, providing the teams with the ability to share, track and progress customer queries consistently across all locations.
Dominic Moran, corporate commercial director, said: “We initially started developing Accelerate to provide colleagues with a tool that enabled them to work more efficiently across our three locations as we were integrating the Zenith and Leasedrive businesses.”
He added: “Once we started developing the platform we saw how it could deliver much more for our business and our customers. We now have a platform in place that provides a consistent approach enabling all inbound work to be visible and that provides real-time information on activity and customer service standards across the organisation.
"In addition, this platform provides us with detailed information that we can use to improve efficiency and, because all interactions are recorded through one system, allows us to provide a more intuitive and personable service to our customers.”
All three of Zenith’s service locations are now live on the platform.
