Now expanding our international reach into Europe, we have an exciting opportunity to recruit a key member of the team, a Supply Chain Manager.

As Ruggable's UK Supply Chain Manager / Logistics Manager, you will play a vital role in setting up our UK supply chain and logistics function as we scale into the UK and Europe.
An ideal candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (including 3PLs, freight forwarders, local suppliers) to achieve results for our team and our customers. You will help lead and grow a team handling warehousing, inventory management, procurement and logistics.

Help build and maintain our UK supply chain from the ground up (including integration into our global processes)
Build relationships and strong ways of working with our existing logistics partners, and establish relationships with new providers
Develop data-driven models, analyses, reports, and dashboards, creating actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and process improvements
Develop an inventory, warehousing, procurement, and logistics strategy to ensure scalability to support Ruggable's growth plans
Work cross functionally with other teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Logistics) to support new product launches
Help ensure that operational plans are executed, performance and budget goals are achieved, and teams are kept informed and coordinated
Hire, train, and coach members of the team while promoting and creating a world class supply chain operationBenefits

Essential Skills
3-5+ years of professional experience working in supply chain, logistics or operations
Experience building trust-based relationships with vendors and running RFPs
Experience in 3rd party warehousing, inventory management, procurement and contract negotiation
Proven track record of people leadership and development
Experience conducting quantitative analysis (modelling) that can drive insights and results using data
Track record of managing and/or supporting large projects from start to finish, including project management, data gathering and analysis, problem solving and delivering recommendations
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsDesired Skills
Previous experience working at a high-growth company or start-up
Experience utilising and/or building dashboards (ex: Tableau/Looker/Sheets)
