Ford raises prices by 1.8%

FORD has announced across-the-board price increases of an average 1.8% on all its cars and commercial vehicles.

The increase comes into effect on Monday August 12 and is almost certain to be followed by similar increases from all other manufacturers with Vauxhall likely to make an announcement soon. The Fiesta Classic, Escort special editions and Maverick are not affected by the increase.
