Dealer scoops gold award

BRADFORD-based Vauxhall dealer JCT 600 has taken gold in AT&T Automotive Services' first dealer awards programme. The dealer came top after consistently providing good service when delivering vehicles to the Manchester-based leasing and contract hire specialist's clients.

Volkswagen and Audi dealership Whites of Camberley took the silver award, while Derby's Pendragon, which supplied a range of cars including Rovers, Renaults, Jaguars and Toyotas, picked up bronze.

AT&T Automotive Services operations manager Mark O'Callaghan said: 'Our goal is to become the outstanding provider of quality service, and it is therefore essential that our supply partners are able to mirror our own high standards. By introducing the dealer awards programme we have provided suppliers with an incentive other than just keeping business, and they welcome the feedback and measurement of their own performance.'
