Green fuel seminars go nationwide

FLEET managers considering the chance of taking on alternatively-fuelled vehicles have the chance to attend a range of free seminars offering valuable advice. Powershift is holding meetings throughout the country offering practical help, using fleets which have already made the switch.

Delegates also get the chance to drive a selection of 'green' cars. The regional workshops take place in: Edinburgh, November 12; Cambridge, November 23; Stafford, December 10; Leeds, January 14; London, February 17; and Cardiff, March 23.

On October 28 this year a free conference on clean fuel vehicles will be held in London, hosted by Dr John Reid, Minister for Transport, aimed at discussing the issues surrounding alternative fuels and the requirements of companies wanting to use them. Call the Energy Saving Trust/Powershift on 0171 222 0101 for details on all the events.
