AON Risk Services launched a new risk management programme for fleets of more than 250 vehicles at the Fleet Motor Show. Aon Motor Fleet 5 is designed to identify the cost of fleet risk and suggest ways of reducing the financial burden through consultancy undertaken by four companies working in partnership with Aon - BSM Fleet Training, Hazard Management, Driving Management and VELO Accident Management.

The aim is to go beyond traditional motor fleet risk management by developing individually-structured programmes taking into account fleet health and safety issues and working procedures. The service includes an independent audit of each client's fleet risk and recommendations for an integrated strategy addressing issues such as the cause of accidents, accident management, a review of historic incident cost data, claims recording and future statistical data requirements.
