DEBIS Car Fleet Management has announced the shape of its new management team following the acquisition of Masterdrive Leasing & Rental. The new board - which faces the task of doubling the company's fleet size over the next five years - will be led by the former managing directors of the two companies, Hubertus von Zastrow and Bob Rider. They become joint managing directors, with von Zastrow responsible for finance and operations, and Rider responsible for sales and marketing.

Other changes include John Lewis, formerly debis' commercial director, who becomes operations director; Tony Elliott, formerly Masterdrive's director and general manager, who becomes sales director; and Hari Punchihewa, formerly debis' general manager finance who will be financial director. Craig Elliott remains general manager of debis Remarketing. Masterdrive finance director Ross Pridmore and new business development director Richard Zacharzewski will be leaving the company.
