Britain's big businesses back the Fleet Show

BUSINESS opportunities provided by Fleet Show 2000 have been endorsed by company bosses and fleet organisations.

The Institute of Directors is hosting a directors' lounge which is being sponsored by Jaguar at the show, at the NEC, Birmingham, from April 4-6.

Jacqueline Welford, the IoD's head of membership, said: 'The Fleet Show provides an ideal platform for business opportunities and relationships with key manufacturers and suppliers to be established in the automotive industry.'

The Association of Car Fleet Operators is hoping the show will be a recruitment hotbed and director and membership secretary Stewart Whyte said: 'The high quality of the fleet people who attend gives us an excellent opportunity.' The British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association, Institute of Car Fleet Management also backed the show.
