PRACTICAL Car and Van Rental has opened 10 new franchises. The new locations include two at airports, Manchester and Liverpool, and one at a classic car specialist in West Yorkshire that attracts customers from around the world.

Practical now has 165 outlets and managing director Bolton Agnew commented: 'I'm pleased to say that we're bucking the trend by expanding in this difficult economic climate. The size, quality and number of outlets we have joining our network is visibly improving.'
