It says it supplies 9.5 million routes via its online routeplanner that features 23,000 locations including cities, towns, villages, landmarks and places of interest in Europe.
It advises motorists to check the rules of the road for the countries they are to drive in as failure to do so could result in a fine.
For example in Austria, it reminds drivers that motorway toll labels are obligatory on motorways and express roads.
A 10-day toll label, or vignette, is available from Austrian toll points, post offices, filling stations and newsagents for 7.6 Euros.
Motorists risk a 120 Euros on-the-spot fine for not having a toll sticker, the AA adds.
It also advises drivers to ensure they have a current Certificate of Insurance.
