THOMAS Kokemor has taken over as head of DaimlerChrysler's international fleet sales division based in Stuttgart, Germany.

Kokemor succeeds Jens Israng who now has responsibility for market management, fleet and used car sales at MCC smart Germany.

The company said: 'Thomas Kokemor brings with him several years of experience in the fleet sector. His career has included sales management for the German market as well as international key account management for fleet sales in the passenger car and the commercial vehicle divisions of DaimlerChrysler.'

Listing his new priorities, Kokemor said: 'We will continue our fruitful customer relationships with daily rental companies, strive to increase the penetration of DaimlerChrysler products in corporate fleets and expand our key fleet management structures in Europe.'
