HIGH-PROFILE speakers from across the fleet and transport industry have been lined up for next month’s Industry Conference.

Among them is Transport Minister David Jamieson, who will address delegates at the Hilton London Metropole on Wednesday, November 10.

Chris Chope OBE, shadow minister for roads and traffic, will also speak at the event, which is sponsored by National Car Rental.

Broadcaster Huw Edwards will chair the conference, which is aimed at car and van manufacturer executives, leasing/contract hire directors and managers, sales and marketing heads, fleet service suppliers and major fleet operators.

Other speakers include Brian Back, chairman of the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association, Andrew Armitage, head of the automotive sector at Howes Percival Solicitors, Simon Gulliford, marketing director of Barclays, Tod Evans, chairman PSA Peugeot Citroen UK, Julie Jenner, UK and Ireland fleet manager at Nokia, and John Kiff, director, International Car Distribution Programme.

A gala dinner follows the event to unveil the annual FN50 analysis of the UK’s contract hire and leasing industry.
