AUDI has revealed the new A6 Avant before its spring launch.

The estate version of the A6 is due to make its public debut at the North American International Auto Show in January and will be offered with the same engine line-up as the saloon. The A6 Avant tailgate takes its styling cues from other five-door Audis, such as the new A4 Avant and the A3 Sportback.

The luggage capacity to window height with rear seats in place is 565 litres, expanding to 1,660 litres to roof height with folder rear seats, an increase of 110 litres and 70 litres on the current model.
