VANGUARD Rental (UK), parent company of National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car, has been awarded the ‘best call centre training award’ in the European Call Centre Awards 2004, organised by Call Centre Focus magazine.

Its contact centre was judged as the best throughout Europe with regard for the training and development of its 180 contact centre staff.
