IMI approval

A TRAINING centre providing courses for dealer aftersales activity has won accreditation from the Institute of the Motor Industry.

The centre, owned and managed by Forester Grant Associates in Harefield, Middlesex, provides courses for dealers covering key areas such as customer service and managing fast fit centres.

Also, the entire engineering department at motor insurance claims management company WNS Assistance, which deal with bodyshop repairs, has been elected to membership of the IMI, which is the professional association for individuals working within the automotive industry.
