INDEPENDENT fleet management company Zenith Vehicle Contracts has announced an increase in yearly operating profit of 39% to £3.2 million.

Turnover for the 12 months to March 31 this year was up by 38% to £58 million. Chief executive Andrew Cope said: ‘We have been helped by a favourable new car market, which has supported the residual values of our cars, as well as by strong growth in ancillary services such as hire cars and accident management.’
