A FURTHER two teams have made it through to the grand final of the Kwik-Fit Fleet National Karting Challenge.

The seventh heat of the challenge saw eight teams battling it out with Bramall Contracts and JCT 600 Contracts qualifying for the final on July 2 in Milton Keynes.

A team from Zenith Vehicle Contracts came third and also competing were teams of four representing Enterprise Rent-a-Car, who finished fourth; Appleyard Vehicle Contracts (fifth), TCH Business Link (sixth), NG Bailey Leasing (seventh) and lease 360 evolution (eighth).

Today (Thursday, June 1), eight teams were scheduled to battle it out in the penultimate qualifying heat in the East Midlands. Nine nationwide heats are being held in this year’s event with a total of 18 teams set to qualify for the final.

In addition to Bramall Contracts and JCT 600 Contracts, teams that have so far qualified for the grand final are: Alphabet (GB), Hitachi Capital Fleet, LeasePlan UK, VELO, Fleet Support Group, Lloyds TSB autolease, Paragon Vehicle Contracts, Carillion Fleet Management, GRS, Volkswagen Financial Services, DaimlerChrysler Services Fleet Management, Lex Vehicle Leasing and Pattersons Leasing.
