ACFO has announced plans to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) after legal advisers claimed that previous papers to elect may have been incorrectly set out.

There are four board vacancies and Brian Ingham, Liz Hollands, John Pryor and Phil Redman are candidates. It will be held on August 3 at the Arden Hotel, Solihull.
