Financial boost for Ukraine petrol

The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development is planning a $100 million funding package to allow the OKKO petrol station chain to expand across the whole of Ukraine.

The money would create a large, private competitor to the state-owned or refinery-tied distribution outlets.
