ONLINE remarketing group Portfolio has promoted Neil Packham to sales director – new business, and Alistair Jeff to client services director.

Mr Packham joined Portfolio in 2002, progressing to account director and then moving to specialise in business development. Mr Jeff joined the group in 2005 as business development manager.
