STUART Russell has joined Northgate as sales director for fleet services.

He will be responsible for leading the national daily rental and non-rental sales teams and joins from Arval where he was head of daily rental and mini-lease.

Mr Russell has more than 18 years’ experience gained in the commercial vehicle rental sector.
