  • How many vehicles are you responsible for and what are they?

    The fleet has recently grown to 92 vehicles and is a complete mix of badges – how could it be anything else for Glass’s?

  • What is your fleet experience?

    I’ve managed the fleet at Glass’s for more than 10 years. The changes in legislation over that time have demanded additional expertise.

    I am also the health and safety manager so the company is fully committed to compliance.

  • What do you enjoy about the job the most?

    Resolving problems that may arise, particularly for drivers out on the road. The best one yet – “A bird has flown through my front grille and is trapped between it and the radiator – how do I get it out?”

  • Are you following a career path?

    It is a never-ending path with more to learn each day.

  • If you weren’t working in fleet, what would your dream job be?

    To be a location finder. I’d love to travel around the world looking for locations for a film company.
