One year on from its launch in January 2010, Enterprise’s long term rental service, Flex-E-Rent, has seen a period of continuous growth despite the challenging market conditions.

Flex-E-Rent was developed by Enterprise due to growing market demand and specific corporate customer enquiries – a trend that the company expects to continue throughout 2011.

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent offers the flexibility of a scalable pool of vehicles that can be held for anytime between one day and three years. According to Enterprise, this has been a significant benefit with the ongoing economic uncertainty and helped the business grow to over 1,200 vehicles in such a short space of time. Vehicles can also be adapted to suit, with personalised branding and livery. Moreover, because vehicles are based on a daily rental contract, they can be returned at any time.

Mike Nigro, managing director for UK and Ireland at Enterprise, comments: “This year has been exceptional for Enterprise Flex-E-Rent and its success is testament to just how valuable a service it provides to our corporate customers.

“With Flex-E-Rent we’ve been able to help our customers through an uncertain economic climate, providing them with an incredibly flexible and bespoke long-term rental solution, backed crucially by the strength of Enterprise’s business.“
