GreenRoad has launched its next-generation GreenRoad 360 service aimed at commercial fleets.

GreenRoad 360 provides comprehensive real-time visibility into driving behaviour, combining patented, automated driver coaching with a suite of online applications that continuously analyse and rate individual driver and fleet-wide driving behaviour.

GreenRoad’s service provides real-time feedback based on an unbiased evaluation allowing drivers to focus on driving as a professional skill, and supervisors to focus only on the exceptions. And, in contrast to hardware-only telematics systems, GreenRoad’s integrated, ongoing service approach, based on GreenRoad Engage, enables managers and drivers alike to effect and sustain real behaviour change.

Earlier this month, GreenRoad and Qualcomm announced an agreement to offer the first integrated solution that addresses mobile resource management (MRM), safety and driving behaviour. The solution, intended for local service fleets, is a combination of Qualcomm’s Service Fleet Manager and the GreenRoad 360 service. The integrated service offers fleets a unique opportunity to realise the benefits that come from a combined mobile resource management and technology-based driving behaviour service, which requires less administration and can reduce cost by as much as 20 percent.
