Nexus appoints sales director

Nexus Business Solutions has announced the appointment of Pamela Halliday to UK sales director of Nexus Automotive. Her two key objectives will be to maximise existing client services and to focus on new clients in the UK and Western Europe.

Nexus is looking to build its Automotive Services and IT Systems business for long term growth as the automotive industry emerges from the recession.

Halliday brings with her extensive experience from a variety of roles with over 22 years in the fleet industry, most recently as new business sales director at Arval and before that with GE.

Peter Blease, managing director said: "We are delighted to have someone with Pam’s experience and capability joining us at a vital and exciting time for Nexus, as the most recent addition to the White Clarke Group of companies.

Halliday commented: "I am thrilled with the appointment and the chance to work with both Nexus and White Clarke Group, who are second to none in the industry they serve. This position represents a marvellous opportunity to build on an outstanding and successful platform. I am excited at what I believe we can achieve as a Group over the next five years.”
