Mercedes-Benz selects Europcar as new hire partner

Mercedes-Benz UK has selected Europcar as its new hire car service provider, to ensure that customers are kept on the move when they need a replacement vehicle as part of their mobility package.

Simon Oldfield, managing director of customer services for Mercedes-Benz, said: "We are committed to giving our customers any assistance they need on the road. So if the worst should happen such as a breakdown, minor mishap or even an accident, we're there 24 hours a day to help customers get back on their way as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

"Our partnership with Europcar enables us to keep our customers mobile when they need our support the most."

Ken McCall, managing director of Europcar Group UK, said: "Europcar's extensive network offers Mercedes-Benz the scope it needs to be able to help motorists as quickly as possible when they need assistance. We look forward to working with Mercedes-Benz to deliver a car hire solution that delivers the same focus on customer care that owners expect from the Mercedes-Benz brand."
