Burnt Tree Vehicle Rental support Macmillan

Burnt Tree Vehicle Rental Manchester is fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support, with both staff and customers digging deep for much needed funds for the charity.

Customers will be able to make donations through special envelopes when they hire a vehicle, or they can buy a Macmillan pin badge at reception.

Staff at Burnt Tree Vehicle Rental Manchester will also be engaging in fundraising activities throughout 2012.

The decision by Burnt Tree Vehicle Rental in Manchester to fundraise for Macmillan Cancer Support follows a successful ongoing relationship between Burnt Tree Vehicle Hire in Shropshire and the charity.

The company have had a lot of fundraising success so far.

In April 2011 Burnt Tree Vehicle Rental were awarded Best Corporate Newcomer in a regional Macmillan Centenary Awards event.

Expanding the partnership to the Manchester branch will mean that Burnt Tree can achieve fantastic fundraising results in 2012.

Wayne Reece, branch manager in Manchester, said: “Working with Macmillan Cancer Support will help our customers and the local community as it will make a massive difference to the lives of people affected by cancer.”
