Interactive Fleet Management account managers Samantha Godfrey and Amanda Hodges have passed their Institute of Car Fleet Management (ICFM) exams with distinctions.

The course comprises 10 modules covering funding methods, risk management, policy setting, vehicle selection, asset management, disposal, the law and fleet administration.

“This is a tremendous achievement,” said Stuart Menzies, commercial director at Interactive Fleet Management, “ because the better trained our team, the better quality of advice and support we can offer clients from every level of the business.”

The exam was in the form of a two thousand words thesis objectively analysing a client fleet policy, highlighting strengths and weakness's, as well as providing recommendations and suggesting improvements.

“In my mind,” continued Stuart, ”everyone should have a fundamental understanding of vehicle management so that when clients phone in, no matter who they speak to, they can benefit from experienced and qualified advice.

“It is for this reason we are investing so significantly in all staff development so that ultimately our customers will reap the rewards of a very high quality service.”
