Burnt Tree marketing manager loses battle with cancer

Burnt Tree has announced that its marketing manager Tim Clift Williams passed away last night (Tuesday, February 8).

His Burnt Tree career started in December 2001 as branch manager in Oldbury. During his tenure, Oldbury grew it to be the company’s largest branch, a fact he was very proud of.

In September 2008, he transferred to HQ as sales development manager and then marketing manager in 2009.

His battle with cancer started in January 2008, and after being told he was in remission twice, it came back for a third time.

“He made a tremendous contribution to the success of our business and he will be sadly missed,” said Chris Sharp, area manager.
