All change at Green Motion Manchester

Green Motion Car and Van Hire has announced that its premier franchise supporting Manchester Airport is now under new management.

Richard Lowden, founder and managing director of Green Motion Car and Van Hire, said: “Customer service forms the heart of Green Motion’s ethos alongside our drive to deliver low CO2 and highly competitive vehicle rental.

“While a vast majority of customers have had a good experience at our Manchester Airport location, the former franchise operated by Blue Beckon Limited failed to meet our high expectations in several areas of operational management and customer service.”

Lowden added: “With effect from today Green Motion Manchester Airport, located at the Radisson Blu Hotel, will be under new management. I am confident that the new team will exceed customers, old and new, expectations in relation to the quality of service and also price.”

It is time for a change again, the current outfit who operate from a Regus business centre near the airport as they have no concept of customer care. Afterall, how dare a customer try and return a car at 5pm on a Friday instead of 7pm and expect the office to be open or the phone answered!
