Inchcape Fleet Solutions signs new business partnership with All Fleet Services

Inchcape Fleet Solutions has appointed All Fleet Services (AFS) to provide support for their out of hours service.

The decision to outsource will ensure that quality customer service continues to support the volume of fleet contracts they receive.

The service AFS will provide is a one-stop shop for fleet clients ensuring there is always a central point of contact for all driver enquiries during out of hours.

Dave Scobie, managing director at All Fleet Services, adds: “Our out of hours product provides one point of contact for our clients’ customers enabling them to improve their customer service and safeguard their brand.”

David Graham, customer services director, says: “At Inchcape Fleet Solutions, we represent a portfolio of industry-leading brands and are dedicated to providing our customers with a consistently high quality level of service. We are confident our new partnership with All Fleet Services will enable us to sustain long term customer relationships.”

The partnership means that Inchcape Fleet Solutions can manage a wide variety of enquires from customers whilst maintain service levels across the company.
