Inchcape Fleet Solutions has appointed All Fleet Services (AFS) to provide support for their out of hours service.
The decision to outsource will ensure that quality customer service continues to support the volume of fleet contracts they receive.
The service AFS will provide is a one-stop shop for fleet clients ensuring there is always a central point of contact for all driver enquiries during out of hours.
