AVH launches free airport ‘Meet & Greet’ service

Adapted Vehicle Hire (AVH) has launched a free ‘Meet and Greet’ service at three UK airports for the summer holiday get-away period.

The AVH service is available at Manchester, London Heathrow and Bristol airports and is free on all bookings for a week or more rental until August 31, 2011.

An AVH driver meets the customer in the arrivals hall of the airport and takes them straight to their vehicle. On the return journey, the customer will be met right outside the departure hall, to ensure a fast and efficient vehicle handover.

The AVH driver will also talk through any specialist adaptations that have been pre-booked and fitted to the vehicle. And for customers renting wheelchair accessible vehicles, the AVH driver will talk through the operating features of the vehicle before handing over the keys.
