Pendragon wins leasing contract for paint distributor

Pendragon Contracts has won an exclusive deal to supply a Burton-based paint distributor with vans and cars.

TRI Limited, which supplies paint and consumables to the automotive, CV and light industrial coatings industry, has previously purchased all its vehicles outright but is aiming to save money through Pendragon’s whole-life cost model.

Operations director of TRI Limited, Alex Simpson, said: "This is the first time we have leased vehicles and I’m really impressed with the savings Pendragon Contracts can make us based on its whole-life cost analysis."

Managing director of Pendragon Contracts, Neal Francis, added: "The whole-life cost model demonstrates the total operating elements of running vehicles, enabling businesses to have a much broader outlook and select the most efficient vehicles in their sector, maximising the environmental, tax and financial efficiencies for companies and their employees."
