Fiat will unveil an all-new Panda at the Frankfurt Motor Show, with more practical interior and access to Fiat's TwinAir engine technology.

The Panda is slightly larger than the car it will replace in 2012, seven years after the current model made its debut.

Fiat's 1.2-litre petrol engine and 1.3-litre M-Jet diesel will be carried over from the current car, but it will also feature two-cylinder TwinAir petrol engines, as seen in the Fiat 500.
