Trakm8 launches new Dynamics software

Trakm8 has announced the launch of a new product called Trakm8 Dynamics. The new product monitors in real time fleet deliveries against a predefined delivery schedule using a web interface that shows the vehicles, the proposed delivery points and times against the telematics derived predictions of actual delivery times.

An additional feature is that the systems can be used to alert the customer via a text when the delivery vehicle is a predetermined time away.

This package can be used in conjunction with Trakm8’s Swift and Eco fleet management solutions or completely independently.

Trakm8 ceo, John Watkins said “There are many logistics packages for fleet managers that provide this kind of monitoring but usually with far too high a cost and complexity. The Trakm8 Dynamics is simple to use and inexpensively priced to provide the majority of the functionality for a fraction of the cost.”

I do hope they've checked it out with Microsoft otherwise I would have thought Microsoft's lawyers would be all over this?
