The new Volkswagen Up is now in UK showrooms with prices starting at £7,995.

The Up is available with two 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine options as well as a BlueMotion Technology version. There are three trim levels – Take Up, Move Up and High Up – plus special editions, the Up black and Up white. A five-door version will join the line-up later this year, along with an optional automatic gearbox. A fully electric version is in the pipeline.
