Vickie King is joining All Fleet Services as customer relationship manager. Reporting directly to managing director Dave Scobie, she has been appointed to provide best in class customer service supported by a dedicated account management team and to ensure clients derive maximum benefit from All Fleet Services’ comprehensive range of added-value products and services.

With a wealth of experience in customer relationship management and through roles specifically within the fleet industry, King will enhance All Feet Services’ senior management team. Previously a customer internal account manager for six years at Alphabet / BMW FS, she worked as part of a team of nine handling all customer enquiries and issues relating to corporate and Business Partnership lease vehicles, managing major accounts of up to 4,000 vehicles, and assisting with new business tenders. She has successfully gained the BMW expert licence in her field, for which she is regularly targeted to maintain.
